We all know there is something super human about Sarah Foster. The people at Fosters Market have been feeding me and my children for 20 years out of an old lawn mower repair shop on chapel hill boulevard.
I bought a couple of different varieties of sweet earth burritos from Kroger to try it and the Peruvian was my favorite. I paid $3.39 each @ Kroger. But the burritos are to die for. They are filled from edge to edge with tasty whole ingredients that work beautifully together. This was my first time eating seitan and it may be my new favorite meat substitute. I prefer the taste and texture of soy protein or tofu.
Here in Durham we have a few choices for Vietnamese food and I’m glad to say that if you live in West Durham or near Duke or downtown …you don’t have to travel far anymore. At 2816 Erwin Road # 207 on the front side of the building facing Erwin Road is Pho and Poke.
