It has taken us far too long, 7 years almost, to feature a tribute to our most deserving American Jazz singer, Ella Fitzgerald. Perhaps we deferred due to the plethora of living singers calling for our attention first. This may have something to do with our chief editor’s advancing age, the onslaught of early dementia.
