My first listen to “Up There,” by Trevor Hall from Fruitful Darkness, by my friend, Rick Ramirez, in the living room of our mutual friend Vasu. Rick indicated that we should listen closely to this new Trevor track as it described Trevor’s profound visit with Sri Siddhi Ma. Rick said the experience of listening to the track was very much like a visit with Ma. Rick was correct. Since then, I have listened in quiet reverence to this track while either visualizing Ma in my mind or looking at the image featured in this header

Got to go back, Van Morrison’s first track on the No Guru, no method, no teacher release. This is a track I listen to when I am immersed in the creative process. This Van release is oft overlooked and less familiar to some. This album is as full as Astral weeks, birthed of course, from the womb of Astral. You must purchase this CD for your beach and or mountain trips from Durham. No better soundtrack than this for the pastoral drive, sorting laundry, washing dishes.
